Pete was a former player for Leytonstone & Ilford, East Ham United FC and Clapton FC. Now 42 Pete has developed into a technical coach gathering experience from not only West Ham’s famous Academy but also Manchester United’s Carrington training ground.  Peter has worked with TSC from the beginning and now oversees many of our Academy’s in East London and Essex.  Pete is the former Manager of Essex Olympian League Manford Way and still plays for Manford Way.

Adam's experience in youth football has been gained from working at professional clubs Southend United and Chelsea. ' I jumped at the opportunity to join Technical Soccer Coaching and to work closely with the top coaches at West Ham United. Adam said " You have to admire the talent that has been developed at West Ham over the years and I hope to help establish the Colchester and North Essex region using the same technical programme as the Academy".  Qualifications: FA Level 1, Level 2 & UEFA ’B’ License, FA Youth Coaches Award Module 1 &2, FA Child Protection and Best Practice Award, FA Emergency Aid, Full FACA Membership, NVQ Level 2 Sports Leadership, BTEC Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science

Nick signed School Boy forms with West Ham as a 14 year old as well as playing for a very successful Newham District, Essex County Team and reached last 16 for England School boys. He then went on to play non league football for Dagenham, Redbridge Forest and Collier Row before being forced to quit playing after a succession on injuries. Nick has been involved with Junior football for a number of years. He has recently become involved with Technical Soccer Coaching which has led to him opening 2 centres in Grays, Thurrock with Jason Croucher his co-head coach .

Jason played at Cambridge United Academy and Cambridge County as a Junior. He still plays for the Fire Brigade, and Arsenal FC stewards team at various premier league grounds when his busy schedule allows him. Jason has a passion for making football fun and helping develop others to their maximum. He has been involved in Mini Soccer for a number of years both as a Coach and for the last 3 years as a Manager for a local U9 team Little Thurrock Dynamos and has bought this experience with him to the Grays, Thurrock Academy.

Joe has been coaching for 6 years across primary schools in Havering including 2 years with Leyton Orient Advanced Soccer School.  Joe has also worked with TSC Hornchurch for the last year.  Qualifications: FA Level 1, FA Level 2, UEFA B , FA Youth Module 1, FA Learning & Safeguarding Children, FA Child Protection and Best Practice Award, FA Emergency Aid, Full FA Licensed Coaches Club Member

Steve played for many years in the Essex Business Premier Division before injury forced an end to his playing career.  He then took up management in Adult football in the Romford & Thurrock areas before recently taking up coaching in mini soccer for Romford Colts.  Steve says ‘I enjoy coaching the technical side of football and Technical Soccer Coaching is a great way for young footballers to have fun and learn how to play".

Lee played football at district level in his teen years before his playing career was ended through a broken leg injury when he was 18.  Lee then turned to coaching, taking on a goalkeeping role for a local team before moving in to youth management in 1999 running a local side at age U8 to U11. He obtained his UEFA Junior management qualification in 2001 and currently runs Mini Soccer side Tilbury FC.

Dan still plays for St.Cleres having played all his youth football locally for Blackshots & Little Thurrock Dynamos. He has only been coaching for a few months after passing badges in the summer but already has a great passion for coaching. Dan says’ I think TSC really helps young kids to be able to reach their full potential by progressing their skills and technical ability.’ Dan is currently progressing is FA Level 2 badge which he hopes to pass before going off to university where he hopes to continue coaching while away.

Jey previously played for Manford Way & Hillingdon Borough, and is currently playing for Enfield Town.  His coaching experience comes from his work locally at the Redbridge sports centre, the USA and at professional club Watford FC as a skills coach at their academy.  He achieved a sports science degree at Brunel University where he made the England university side.   Qualifications: Sports Science Degree, FA Level 1, FA Level 2.  FA Child Protection and Best Practice Award, FA Emergency Aid.

Steve is a product of  the West Ham United Academy where he was a reserve team regular. He then went on to have a coveted 900 game career in league football with Southend United, Swindon Town, Dagenham & Redbridge, Boreham Wood, Hendon, Thurrock, Billericay Town and currently Ryman League outfit Great Wakering Rovers. " I have played under some great managers one of whom was Glenn Hoddle whilst at Swindon Town which led me to have an admiration for skillfull technical players" he added " Technique is what it is all about today and I'm really looking forward to sharing these same beliefs and giving something back to the young players at Technical Soccer Coaching in Southend & Basildon".

Technical Soccer Assistant Coach - Walthamstow & Romford

Steve is a former winner of the Essex Senior, Junior and London cup at both junior and senior level. Due to a serious injury, he took up coaching youth football at the age of 18 including coaching East Ham United’s u/18.  Even though he struggled with injury Steve still played to the age of 41 including for Leytonstone and Ilford, and East Ham United where he played in the FA Vase.  He ended up coaching the first team at East Ham United.  Steve still has a passion for football and his beloved West Ham United, “After playing and coaching at various levels for over 30 years I feel that the knowledge I have gained together with Technical Soccer’s coaching style I can offer a lot to today’s youth football”.  Qualifications: FA Level 1, FA Learning & Safeguarding Children, FA Child Protection and Best Practice Award, FA Emergency Aid.

Mark was a successful senior player and now enjoys a fulfilling coaching career with TSC. ‘I love football and as a proud father to energetic kids I feel that Technique is so important to these younger players’ he added ‘I wanted to make a difference to the players and give them a good technical foundation for the future.  Mark has run our youngest group for two years.  Qualifications: FA Level 1, FA Level 2, FA Child Protection and Best Practice Award, FA Emergency Aid – Currently studying for UEFA ‘B’ License.

Dean has been with Technical Soccer Coaching since November 2011, he is a very enthusiastic coach with his own personal desire to improve.  He assists in the Harlow Academy and Woodford schools coaching program and is helping develop our Futsal Skills program.  Qualifications: Level 1 FA, FA Youth Module 1

Mark is very well known in youth football in Essex, he has worked with Ongar Juniors for 5 years coaching from 4 year olds upwards.  He also coaches in many schools in the area.  Mark now runs our successful TSC Harlow centre

Technical Soccer Assistant Coach - Walthamstow

Mark has a vast experience at coaching in a variety of sports at many levels.  A former Essex Athletics Champion he was also Canterbury University Judo coach whilst studying for his teaching degree.  At his time whilst teaching Mark also coached schools Athletics and Basket Ball.  A qualified science teacher Mark taught PE and coached the Southend District Football team. Qualifications: Level 1 FA Coach, AAA Athletics Coach, Qualified Basketball Coach and Referee.

Nick is a fantastically technically talented player.  As a Youth, Nick played for Norwich until he was 12, then he signed for Orient, followed by a period at Southend United.  Nick also played for England Schoolboys at the age of 13, where he played at the England Lillishall Centre of Excellence. Qualifications:  FA Level 1, Level 2.  FA Child Protection and Best Practice Award, FA Emergency Aid.

Nathan was a player at Colchester United FC Centre of Excellence from 1998–2004, he also played for Grays Athletic FC.  As a coach he is vastly experienced for his years having coached for Tottenham’s development centre, PASS Academy and as head coach for Coaching in the Community.   Nathan now runs our Woodford centre.

Russell initially coached for over a year directly with Manford Ways very successful U18s side in the Eastern Junior Alliance.  He then moved onto coaching Manford Way reserves and has done so for the last two years.  He joined Technical Soccer over a year ago coaching in both the Harlow and Walthamstow centre.
